Greetings from Meadowkirk!

We are so very excited about all of the amazing things that are happening out here!  2007 was full of growth with lots of construction projects, some of which will continue into 2008.  The cottages and pool are complete and we expect to have 2 platform tents in place in time for our 2nd year of camp!

Please take a moment to look over the many camp options we are offering this summer, and sign up early to make sure you reserve your spot.  From our Community Camp to our High Adventure program, we hope there is something for every age group and interest. 

We hope that Meadowkirk will become for you a safe and sacred place, filled with experiences of learning and love, surrounded by God’s presence in a beautiful outdoor environment.  We are looking forward to camp and having you join us for it!

Online Registration:  We are proud to present online registration for all of our programs at Meadowkirk. If you have any issues using the registration system, please call the Meadowkirk office at 540-687-5565 or send an email to andy@meadowkirk.org. Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm. / Monday - Friday and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Refunds:  Refunds, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received three weeks before the beginning of the session. Cancellations made three weeks or closer to the session will result in the loss of all money paid. In cases of medical emergency or summer school, refund will be made upon receipt of a letter from a doctor or principal. For credit card payments, refunds will be made to the card used. For payments made by check, refunds will be made by return check.
