Meadowkirk’s beautiful grounds feature an array of spacious, well-appointed lodging and meeting spaces - for both traditional overnight and day retreat gatherings.
All recently renovated, our facilities span three centuries and include both modern hotel and vintage bed & breakfast-style accommodations.
The Inn
The Inn offers 20 hotel-style rooms (most with two queen beds), a comfortable main-floor common area with cozy fireplace and kitchenette, a conference room for up to 40+ guests, and is conveniently located to the adjacent Dining Hall and Stone Barn meeting space.
The Manor House
The original 1905 estate residence has 9 B&B-style rooms (17 beds), a historic library room, a conference room for up to 18 guests, and large, two-tier patio for outdoor gatherings.
The Three Cottages
Modern, comfortable rustic-style accommodations. Each Cottage includes two spacious dorm-style rooms & baths (18 beds per Cottage), fireplace, kitchenette and large back porch. Each Cottage central meeting room accommodates up to 18 guests.
The Stone Barn
The Stone Barn is Meadowkirk’s signature 19th-century gathering space. It is the largest indoor meeting space on the property, with high-ceilings and multiple set-up possibilities. The space routinely accommodates a wide range of group sizes, ranging from under 10 to 120+ guests. It is also equipped with a sound system including multi-port mixer, speakers, microphones and large TV monitor for visuals.
The Crossing
The Stone Barn connects to the Dining Hall via the Crossing, an indoor common area featuring a small conference room for breakout meetings, an indoor fireplace and adjoining outdoor fire circle.
The Dining Hall & Screened Porch
A focal point for Meadowkirk’s elevated, evolving farm-to-table experience, the Dining Hall is available for larger multi-purpose guest gatherings, with adjoining meadow-overlook screened porch and separate courtyard patio for informal or special gatherings.
The Welcome Center
The main floor of the historic Welcome Center offers a conference/dining table setup for up to 10 guests, as well as 2 additional living room style breakout spaces that can comfortably seat 5-10 guests.
The Pavilion & Farm Garden
This large 200-guest outdoor pavilion, with concrete floor, high ceilings, and lighting/electric is a rustic space for meetings, worship, recreation, picnics, cookouts, and dances. Adjacent to Meadowkirk’s Farm Garden, a fire circle, sand volleyball court, extensive hiking trails, Goose Creek tubing and other outdoor activities.
